Art and Twist sells original artworks through artandtwist.com. Shipping origin depends on the artwork. Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout or agreed in writing before payment.
Shipping charges and taxes (USD)
Orders below $2,000: $50 shipping. From $2,000 to below $5,000: $100 shipping. $5,000 and above: $150 shipping. Any special transport charge must be disclosed and agreed before payment. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout according to the delivery destination and applicable tax rules.
Processing and delivery
Order processing: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery: up to 15 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time. These are the stated service timeframes; we will notify you of a delay and provide the cancellation or refund options required by law. Please verify your delivery address before ordering.
Packing and insurance arrangements are confirmed for each order. For loss, damage or an incorrect delivery, contact us with the order details and available photos. Keep the packaging while the issue is assessed. Your mandatory rights remain unchanged. See our Refund policy.

Art and Twist מוכרת יצירות אמנות מקוריות באמצעות artandtwist.com. מקור המשלוח תלוי ביצירה. היעדים הזמינים ודמי המשלוח מוצגים בקופה או מוסכמים בכתב לפני התשלום.
דמי משלוח ומסים (USD)
בקנייה בסכום הנמוך מ־$2,000: משלוח $50. מ־$2,000 ועד סכום הנמוך מ־$5,000: משלוח $100. מ־$5,000 ומעלה: משלוח $150. כל חיוב עבור הובלה מיוחדת יימסר ויוסכם לפני התשלום. מע״מ או מס מכירה החלים על העסקה מחושבים ומוצגים בקופה לפי יעד המסירה וכללי המס החלים.
עיבוד הזמנה ומשלוח
עיבוד הזמנה: 2–5 ימי עסקים לאחר אישור התשלום. משלוח: עד 15 ימי עסקים ממועד ההוצאה למשלוח, בנוסף לזמן עיבוד ההזמנה. אלה זמני השירות המוצהרים; במקרה של עיכוב נודיע ונציע את אפשרויות הביטול או ההחזר הנדרשות בדין. בדקו את כתובת המסירה לפני ההזמנה.
הסדרי האריזה והביטוח מאושרים לכל הזמנה. במקרה של אובדן, נזק או משלוח שגוי, פנו עם פרטי ההזמנה ותמונות זמינות. שמרו את האריזה בזמן הבירור. זכויותיכם המחייבות לפי דין נשמרות. ראו מדיניות החזרים.
