Art and Twist operates an original-art website serving customers in the United States, Israel and other available destinations. This policy explains how we handle personal information.
Information and purposes
We receive information you provide when enquiring, registering or ordering: name, email, country, phone, billing and delivery details, communications and order/payment records. Our website and service providers also process device, IP, browsing and cookie information to operate the site, remember preferences, prevent fraud and improve services. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy notices.
We use this information to answer enquiries, send requested collection access, process orders, arrange delivery, keep required records and comply with law. Marketing and targeted advertising, where used, are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing without stopping necessary order or service messages.
Service providers and sharing
Shopify hosts the store and processes customer, transaction and technical data to operate, secure and improve its services. See Shopify’s privacy notice and privacy portal. Where enhanced advertising or personalization services are enabled, the applicable consent and data-sharing opt-out choices apply.
Pify processes collection-registration details (full name, email and country) and sends the requested confirmation and access link. This registration does not itself create an account or subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Reaction Count processes artwork-page references, reactions and connection information for public like totals; its policy describes salted, page-specific, time-windowed IP hashes used to limit repeat votes. No name or email is requested for likes. See Reaction Count’s privacy policy.
We share necessary information with payment, delivery, hosting and other service providers; with marketing partners where lawfully enabled; when you request or authorize sharing; and where needed for legal obligations, a business transfer or protection against fraud. Embedded maps, media and external links may involve third-party processing under those providers’ policies.
Retention, security and rights
We keep information as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting duties and resolve disputes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process data outside your country; required international-transfer safeguards apply. The service is not directed to children; contact us if a child has supplied personal information.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or opt out of targeted advertising/data sharing. Use the site’s privacy choices where available, or email artandtwistmiami@gmail.com. We may verify identity and respond within legally required periods, without discrimination. You may complain to the relevant privacy authority. Updates will be posted here.

המידע ומטרות השימוש
אנו מקבלים מידע שתמסרו בפנייה, בהרשמה או בהזמנה: שם, דוא״ל, מדינה, טלפון, פרטי חיוב ומשלוח, התכתבויות ורישומי הזמנות ותשלומים. האתר וספקי השירות מעבדים גם מידע על מכשיר, כתובת IP, גלישה ועוגיות לצורך הפעלת האתר, זכירת העדפות, מניעת הונאה ושיפור השירות. ספקי התשלום מעבדים פרטי תשלום בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.

ספקי שירות ושיתוף מידע

Pify מעבדת פרטי הרשמה לקולקציה (שם מלא, דוא״ל ומדינה) ושולחת את האישור וקישור הגישה שהתבקשו. הרשמה זו אינה כשלעצמה יוצרת חשבון או רושמת לשיווק שאינו קשור לבקשה. Reaction Count מעבדת הפניות לעמודי יצירות, תגובות ופרטי חיבור לצורך ספירת לייקים ציבורית; מדיניותה מתארת גיבובי IP עם מלח, הייחודיים לעמוד ולחלון זמן, לצמצום הצבעות חוזרות. אין בקשה לשם או לדוא״ל לצורך לייק. ראו את מדיניות הפרטיות של Reaction Count.
אנו משתפים מידע נחוץ עם ספקי תשלום, משלוחים, אחסון ושירותים אחרים; עם שותפי שיווק כאשר הדבר מופעל כדין; לפי בקשתכם או אישורכם; וכשנדרש לצורך חובה משפטית, העברה עסקית או הגנה מפני הונאה. מפות, מדיה וקישורים חיצוניים עשויים לערב עיבוד מידע בידי צדדים שלישיים לפי מדיניותם.
