Returns and refunds

To cancel or report a damaged, incorrect or misdescribed artwork, contact us at the email or phone below, through our contact form, or by post to 9 Tel Hai Boulevard, Ashdod, Israel. Include your name and order details. Return instructions will be provided directly; contacting us for instructions does not restrict or delay a statutory cancellation right.
Cancellation rights
Where Israeli distance-sale consumer law applies, an artwork purchase may be cancelled from the transaction date until 14 calendar days after receipt of the artwork or the required disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions. Where the law grants an extended cancellation period to a senior citizen, a new immigrant or a person with a disability, including the applicable conversation requirement, the statutory period of four months from the transaction, receipt of the artwork or receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later, is preserved.
We do not offer commissioned or personalized artworks. We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind return period beyond applicable legal rights. Any mandatory cancellation, refund, authenticity, title, non-delivery or defect rights under the law applicable to the transaction remain unaffected, including any Florida retail refund rights where applicable.
Return arrangements and costs
The return address and safe packing instructions will be provided in our direct communication. For change-of-mind cancellations, the buyer arranges and pays return shipping where permitted by law. Under applicable Israeli distance-sale law, cancellation fees will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. We will not add handling, packing, payment-processing or delivery deductions beyond what the applicable law permits.
For a defect, misdescription, our error or another ground that requires seller-funded return under applicable law, we bear the required return or collection costs and do not charge a cancellation fee. For Israeli cancellations due to a defect, nonconformity or late delivery, make the artwork available for collection at the place where it was delivered. Please report damage promptly with available photos and keep the packaging; this request does not shorten statutory claim periods.
Refund timing
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days after a valid cancellation notice, or sooner where required by law. In particular, where Israeli distance-sale law applies, the refund and cancellation of the charge are completed within 14 calendar days after receiving the cancellation notice, subject to lawful deductions. Original delivery charges are refunded whenever the applicable law requires. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

לביטול או לדיווח על יצירה פגומה, שגויה או שאינה כמתואר, פנו בדוא״ל או בטלפון שלהלן, באמצעות טופס יצירת הקשר, או בדואר לשדרות תל חי 9, אשדוד, ישראל. ציינו שם ופרטי הזמנה. הוראות החזרה יימסרו ישירות; פנייה לקבלת הוראות אינה מגבילה או מעכבת זכות ביטול הקבועה בדין.
זכויות ביטול
כאשר חלות הוראות הדין הישראלי להגנת הצרכן בעסקת מכר מרחוק, ניתן לבטל רכישת יצירה מיום העסקה ועד 14 ימים רגילים מקבלת היצירה או מסמך הגילוי הנדרש, לפי המאוחר, בכפוף לתנאים ולחריגים שבדין. כאשר הדין מעניק תקופת ביטול מורחבת לאזרח ותיק, לעולה חדש או לאדם עם מוגבלות, לרבות דרישת השיחה החלה, נשמרת תקופת הביטול שבדין של ארבעה חודשים ממועד העסקה, קבלת היצירה או קבלת מסמך הגילוי, לפי המאוחר.
איננו מציעים יצירות בהזמנה או בהתאמה אישית. איננו מציעים תקופת החזרה מרצון עקב חרטה מעבר לזכויות לפי הדין החל. כל זכות מחייבת לביטול, להחזר, למקוריות, לבעלות או בשל אי־מסירה או פגם לפי הדין החל על העסקה נשמרת, לרבות זכויות החזר במכירה קמעונאית בפלורידה ככל שהן חלות.
הסדרי החזרה ועלויות
כתובת ההחזרה והוראות לאריזה בטוחה יימסרו בשיחה או בהתכתבות ישירה. בביטול מחמת חרטה, הקונה מסדיר ומשלם את המשלוח חזרה ככל שהדין מתיר זאת. לפי הדין הישראלי החל על מכר מרחוק, דמי הביטול לא יעלו על 5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ש״ח, לפי הנמוך. לא נוסיף ניכויי טיפול, אריזה, סליקה או משלוח מעבר למותר בדין החל.
במקרה של פגם, תיאור שאינו תואם, טעות שלנו או עילה אחרת המחייבת החזרה על חשבון המוכר לפי הדין החל, נישא בעלויות ההחזרה או האיסוף הנדרשות ולא נגבה דמי ביטול. בביטול בישראל בשל פגם, אי־התאמה או איחור במסירה, יש להעמיד את היצירה לאיסוף במקום שבו נמסרה. דווחו על נזק בהקדם עם תמונות זמינות ושמרו את האריזה; בקשה זו אינה מקצרת תקופות תביעה הקבועות בדין.
מועד ההחזר הכספי
ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך 14 ימי עסקים מקבלת הודעת ביטול תקפה, או מוקדם יותר כאשר הדין מחייב זאת. בפרט, כאשר חלות הוראות הדין הישראלי למכר מרחוק, ההחזר וביטול החיוב יבוצעו בתוך 14 ימים רגילים מקבלת הודעת הביטול, בכפוף לניכויים המותרים בדין. דמי המשלוח המקוריים יוחזרו בכל מקרה שבו הדין מחייב זאת. ספק התשלום עשוי להזדקק לזמן נוסף להצגת הזיכוי.
